MEANING

I take refuge in the sacred Vibhuthi of Lord Sathya Sai Baba. Vibhuthi endows one with prosperity, burns away all sins, and increases one's spiritual splendour and removes danger.

It is an amour against the evil spirits. It is also a constant reminder, that the body is ultimately reduced in cremation to a potful of ash!
