There are nine mode of Bhakthi:
- Sravan (hearing of Divine glory)
- Kirtan (singing praises to Him with bhaav - emotion and devotion)
- Smaran (remembering His name)
- Padasevana (service and presence at the feet of the Lord)
- Archana (Worship)
- Vandana (prostration to God)
- Dasyam (cultivating the Bhaav of a servant)
- Sakhyam (cultivating the Bhaav of a friend)
- Atma Nivedana (complete self-surrender).
A sadhak has to lead life as a ritual, a life in harmony with
the universal pattern. The whole of human existence is considered as
a participation in cosmic symphony.
The ancient seers and sages have embodied the secrets of worship in
daily rituals to keep the ideas alive generation after generation.
